Pit Master Chef Bill McClellan is goin' whole hog with his special "Pig in Paradise" with Honey Mustard and Traditional Barbecue Sauce. Compliments will include a wicked coleslaw, baked beans, corn on the cob, and a variety of grilled vegetables for our vegetarians. Whether you prefer white or red wine with your barbecue, arrive early to check out the selection by Jeff House of Bond Street Wines and await the unveiling of the pig which will take place promptly at 6:15PM. Clevedale promises this year's pig roast will rival last year's.
